Requires
- 227 g butter, melted and cooled
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- 250 g white sugar
- 220 g light brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp(sic) vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 125 g plain flour
- 86 g cocoa powder
- choc chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175 °C fan.
- Combine butter, oil, sugars, and vanilla. Beat with electric whisk till light and pale.
- Combine dry ingredients, sift into wet ingredients. Fold in till JUST combined (don't over-mix).
- Pour into a tray and top with the rest of the chocolate chips
- Bake till done. 25-30 min??
