Requires
  • 227 g butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 tbsp veg oil
  • 250 g white sugar
  • 220 g light brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp(sic) vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 125 g plain flour
  • 86 g cocoa powder
  • choc chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 175 °C fan.
  2. Combine butter, oil, sugars, and vanilla. Beat with electric whisk till light and pale.






  3. Combine dry ingredients, sift into wet ingredients. Fold in till JUST combined (don't over-mix).




  4. Pour into a tray and top with the rest of the chocolate chips

  5. Bake till done. 25-30 min??
