Brilliant Bread by James Morton Most of the bread in the latter half of the book require a sourdough starter, which i do not have the energy to keep. However, the first half includes some very useful detail on things like best technique for kneading, hydration, etc. Also the bread is very good
The Fuck You Buffet (recipes stolen from bigots) and its older pdf edition
Good and Cheap by Leanne Brown "Eat well on $4/day"
The Moody Cookbook Not entirely usable recipes, but some are. i miss blaseball
The Sad Bastards Cookbook Specifically very easy, cheap recipes for people who don't have the energy to cook. Additionally, everything here is vegetarian (and mostly vegan too)
Other sites with recipe resources, like this one

Goons with Spoons A massive wiki page with hundreds of recipes (user-submitted?). i don't know if it's still maintained? i just found this so i haven't looked in much detail or tested anything
King Arthur Baking Really good site, recommended
LazyBones on neocities
Mxriyum A Palestinian cook whose tiktoks i've seen being circulated recently. The cheese fatayer looked really good
Salt Acid Fat Heat i hear that the theory is solid and v helpful, with the exception of the notes on iodised salts. Also there's a netflix series?
Smitten Kitchen Recommended in a tumblr post as it is written by and for home cooks, not fancy ridiculous chefs. i cannot comment on the truth of this
This tumblr post Various recipe sites and cookbooks are recommended here (including some of the above, which were more than likely found via this post)
