Requires
  • 4 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 113 g butter
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • At least 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups full fat milk
  • Various cheeses
Instructions
  1. Cook macaroni as usual. Once the water starts boiling, add sugar and garlic. Don't overcook.



  2. Drain the pasta, add butter, salt, pepper, milk, cheeses, and boil.





  3. Add breadcrumbs and boil until it reaches a good consistency.

  4. Move to an oven dish, cover with foil, and cook for about 40 min at 180 °C.
  5. Add more cheese to the top and cook without foil for another 15 min.
